Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you where tracking is available.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote and certain difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

We currently offer free shipping across India, unless a particular product, promotion, or checkout message states otherwise.

Delays and Delivery Issues

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you in checking its status.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photographs or other relevant details.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.
